    Default Quick and easy recipes

Thinking of baking something, a cake, or maybe cookies.
But I don't want to spend ages on making them.

Any ideas of what is quick and easy to bake?
Have you got any decent recipes to share?

A friends mum makes the best Brownies ever, makes my mouth water, but will not share the recipe.

Rice crispy buns. I forgot the details but you'll find something on youTube to guide you.

Nothing easier and quite quick, than a fresh tray of brownies. I'll share my recipe if y'all up to it.

Try "Rocky Roads". Melt cooking chocolate with a tiny drop of milk (easy in a microwave, stir every 30 secs). Then add what ever you want. I usually add in rice crispies, marshmallows, malteasers, and a few raisins. Stir it all up quickly before chocolate sets. Put it in a pan about 3cm in thickness and put into the fridge for 30 mins.
