    Is this true? I cannot find any info online about it.

    If it is true i think it is a mistake. I hope i am wrong though.

    Unless something drastically happens, we will see a second wave by October.

    It's not true, not for here anyway. That 's the timescale for UK. They were very slow about closing down and quick to open. We won't be that fast. And opening restaurants? Crazy !

    Whether true or not, we have to reopen at some point. We cannot remain locked down for 18 months hoping for a vaccine.

    More waves are to be expected but hopefully will be manageable.

    What will more than likely happen is a slow easing of restrictions.

    But that is a slow easing of restrictions. Maybe not as slow as you might want but the phases look sensible enough to me.

    Only discouraging traveling, is a worry, have you seen the dire straits some countries are in like Brazil, Spain and Italy....
