he has a point, did you actually read the entire thread?
the thread about lockdown and people including Ketchup from the beginning has been posting up facts so why give out now?
if you start a thread about lockdown you have to respect everyone's opinion, just because a few don't like to hear the facts, what do you expect

The government have released a more detailed covid map based on electoral areas rather than county.
The map shows the 14 day incidence rate for each area but the info is 5 days old so perhaps they have a live version for their own use.
The map shows where the hot spots are, or more correctly where they used to be.
Large areas of dublin are showing lower incidence than other areas of the country that are still at a lower level of alert.

Vested interests have a lot to answer for in this country. Why the government don’t just declare a state of emergency and override all of them is beyond me. With current restrictions imposed by those interests, we’re actually lucky to have statistics that are only five days old.

Anyway, from data we have been given, I believe that as long as normal people acting normally and Obeying the rules continue to do so, they stand a very good chance of avoiding Covid-19. I suspect that one of the reasons reporting the stats regularly here draws such divided opinions is, that the statistics themselves as presented, are designed to scare us or at least make us think twice about every decision we make, including whether or not to engage certain services.

Think about it this way. Take your local supermarket or the one you visit most. Do the checkout people there come into contact with many people in the course of a week? Have many of those checkout people you know, come down with Covid in the last six months? I’m sure we’d have heard by now if there was any slight trend in this direction.

The clusters in the stats have a very common thread for anyone with an eye to see and I strongly suspect, have nothing to do with either punters or service providers here. Both are used to taking precautions in several areas including hygiene and would probably fall into a low risk group in any statistical exercise. The biggest change now is that washing the hands is as important if not more so, than the usual routine.

The biggest risk I face in the immediate future is, handling the wad of filthy folding stuff I’m about to pick up from the bookies as a result of going against the herd yesterday. See you later in the week darling

With everything going on in the world and these new restrictions, it broke my heart this weekend seeing restaurants closed, they did everything possible to keep people socially distanced and safe, it's just all so sad, every death is tragedy absolutely, but this virus has taken so much from us. I think this thread needs to be deleted if I am to be honest, we all know the restrictions, we all see the effects of it day in day out. You only have to look at this thread and how upsetting it is to people. the past couple of weeks I have seen things that gave me hope, hearing live music for the first time in so long felt great, going out to dinner with friends, it's been all great, now we are starting to regress, people worried about their livlihoods, losing their jobs after everything they put in to keep us safe.

I say now, delete the thread and lets all get on with our miserable lives as best we can.

Earlier this year a publican in Austria received an email that the whole world was watching his bar before he finally closed the door. It seems that many of the early cases across the western world can be traced to that bar. Does any publican want something like that on their conscience or record.
I do agree that most publicans have tried to operate inside the rules but humans and alcohol lead to bent and broken rules.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

Mr Ketchup isn't going to single-handedly bring the sex industry to its knees so to speak by posting updates about the coronavirus. I get that escorts are concerned about their health and their business, but take your own advice and look on the positive side: by giving you the bad news, Ketchup is actually giving ya'll a chance to prepare for a potential storm. He's giving you a raincoat and an umbrella before it's even started to rain. He's giving you fire insurance on a burning building. We were all taken by surprise by the first lockdown. If you know or suspect a second one is coming, everybody - escorts included - can take better care of ourselves mentally and financially. But if you bury your head in the sand and pretend everything is grand then you'll be no better prepared than the first time. Your own outlook determines whether Ketchup is a hero or a villain. He's giving ya'll the information - it's up to you what you want to do with it.
