People are calling for house parties to be raided and broken up, but what will that do? If there is infection at a party, forcing people to disperse will spread the virus.
Instead, parties should be locked in, and made to quarantine there and then. In other words, don't host a party unless you're willing to put people up for a few weeks.
I also think its time that legislation was looked at, that made it easy to claim compo from those that recklessly spread the virus.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
And left.

Hopefully, they won't go to level 5 but I would like to see Gardai having more power to stop the likes of protests by the brain dead, house parties. Everyone wear a mask, wash your hands and participate in sensible activities like in a safe restaurant NOT jamming Grafton Street in protest for example.

In many countries, you must wear your mask in public at all times.
So why are there people walking around without their masks on, smoking?
Surely if the law states you must wear a mask at all time, then you shouldn't be allowed to smoke.
Plus smoking is a disgusting habit too and so it would make sense to ban smoking public during these times if they will not permanently ban it.

I think the main issue is that they say "Do lockdown, everyone stay home", but then don't enforce it so everyone addeds to the lockdown order "if you want to". If they have to do lockdown, do for fuck sake properly and stop those fuckers who is the reason that us who actually did a good job, is getting screw several months later. That's the part that pisses me off, what's the point of cleaning up, if other people around you takes a dump and no one is allowed to slap the fuckers.

It's important the strategy for dealing with Covid isn't worse than the disease itself.
We need to develop a strategy for dealing with Covid long-term.
There should be no lockdown.
Encourage social distancing with no eroding or denial of civil rights.
No travelling outside your county now, was hoping I wouldn't see this again but hopefully it won't get any worse, I try to go out only when necessary this year but 2020 has been awful for everyone, hope everyone doing ok
