No problem, I understand you now, yes it’s true some people didn’t adhere to the rules for the last few weeks and did spread the virus but we were always heading for a more severe lock down, it was unavoidable

For some exercise is an anti depressant , often for those with drug resistant depression . For those with this is not simple unfortunately. Do not know if this applies to current posts BTW

For me too. I clear my head in gym or when I run. But now I will exercise at home...
