Simon Harris said that around 70% of the 20,000 registered infections have cleared up. So that leaves about 6000 active cases.
Most of which are in dublin and its surrounding counties like Kildare and Louth.

Last month there was a run on toilet paper. This month it's pregnancy tests. Don't know whats next, but my guess that it'll be nappies for Christmas.

Unless we find some miracle drug or fast track a vaccine, we are looking at a second wave come late July and early August.
This is a long Winter as Osterholm has repeatedly said. I am reading his book currently. During the AIDS pandemic in the eighties, another doctor said they would have a vaccine for HIV in two years. Osterholm countered and said they would not have a vaccine in his life time. That was forty years ago and we still dont have a vaccine for HIV.
Osterholm stressed that a second wave was a certainty in America around August.

Was watching the speech, seems a bit wishy washy and no real details, basically May 18th, you'll have your garden stores/ diy stores to open, small groups of friends can meet up outdoors, 5k radius of home.
colleges and school to open in September and between May 18th and September bars, restaurants, cafes etc to open.
