    The lockdown does not stop the virus. It just flattens the curve, means too many people do not get it at once and overwhelm the medical services. It is likely most people will get the virus eventually.

    Just saw an interesting analysis on Sky news of a statistical nature. It starts with the projected deaths in UK @ 20, 000 and then breaks that down in a specific way I will not go into details , but at the end it suggests that there will come a point where a new balance will have to be considered. Sobering but it just may be accurate.

    The Lock-down was inevitable. where I am compliance looks to be v strong but from what I hear not everywhere.

    I see in UK Tories keep calling it "Our NHS" , they spent years crushing their NHS , any recall Jeremy Hunt campaigns against it ?

    Here I hope that the in the aftermath Nurse etc are properly valued. We are in a challenging time with many dimensions some yet not fully appreciated , there will be anger and dis[pair at points but what I see in Italy, the spirit of the people heartens me. None of us will not feel the brunt of this so take care of each other even on here.
