    Default Comfort

Was in the supermarket the other day and threw a box of Jaffa cakes in the basket. Munched on them big style later.

Jaffa cakes! Haven't eaten one in 10 years! I'd forgotten them!

Guess I reverted to something that I remembered brought me comfort in the past in this time of anxiety.

So, what have you noticed your subliminal go to comfort to be? Maybe a food, a book, a movie, an activity that you are rediscovering?

    Mine is clearly Jaffa Cakes

Jaffa Cakes are very very nice in a time of Crisis. Another comfort is just waking up in the morning and thanking the man above your alive and well.

All true, but not too bad to track our odd/quirky experiences too

The best thing about Jaffa Cakes is that the sponge bit is equally tasty when it's soft and spongy as it is when it's hard and crispy.
    Are we there yet ?
