It all depends Is the escort getting in the shower with you and washing your balls if so i would say yes its included in the time. Obviously things are a little different at the moment but i think if you just came in basic hellos etc then that would not be included but if you messed around wanting a coffee then to give your life story I would say she would start putting you on the clock

In my case, I count the time since I open the door if the client is on time, if he is late I let him know I can only see him until the time the booking supposed to finish because I need time to be ready for the next booking, (but I don't charge it, if the guy is 15 min late so I can only see him 45min instead of 1 hour, I charge 45 min I'm a nice girl xD. The shower isn't compulsory in my case because I have never had a bad hygiene client in 7 years in this industry (so I'm nice AND LUCKY) so if the guy wants to have a shower that would have to be in the time booked.
