    Default F1

Australian Gp has been cancelled. I only put the sports package back on Sky Monday so I could watch all the races live

Seems a McLaren team member tested positive for coronavirus. Some other teams have members that are awaiting test results. The entire season is in doubt now. Rather surprising it was not called off earlier.

All sport looks like it could be severely disrupted.

Can't see the season going ahead. 2 races already cancelled, 2 more will be behind closed doors.
I suspect by Monday the majority of sports will be postponed..

I think after another week or so all big sporting events worldwide will be postponed or cancelled.

Bahrain and Vietnam Formula One races have now been called off. Season effectively suspended until May. I suspect the entire 2020 season will not happen.

I suspect that all sporting events worldwide for at least the next 6 months will very soon be postponed or cancelled. More important things to be concerned about.

F1 is working on plans to run as long a season as possible once races can be held.
The summer break has been moved forward from August to March and April, with teams choosing a three-week period in that time to close.
Australia, Bahrain, Vietnam, China Netherlands, Spain and Monaco have all been postponed.
Monaco, Brazil, Spain, China and Australia are pencilled in as not taking place at all. They are working on plans for a reduced number of races from the 22 originally scheduled.
At present, the plan is to start the season with the Azerbaijan Grand Prix on 7 June. I think this is a hope, rather than an expectation. It seems unlikely the crisis will have abated enough by then to restart the season.
