Google Translate App on the phone is helpful.
When I need to explain something, I talk into the app and it replies back in whatever language needed so the other person can understand.
They can then talk back and the app will translate into English for me.

Seriously! I don't get it why people avoid the Italian ladies, most of the ladies haven't travel back home in the last while.
