I've had literally hundreds of appointments. I'm careful but that doesn't bother me. I have zero shame or guilt for punting, I'm doing nothing wrong. I know how to handle myself if things go wrong and if the worst case scenario happens I have an excellent solicitor.

A word of warning...

I'm at the 50 year old mark now. Have smoked for 15-20 years. Like everyone else, I knew it was bad for me but kept on smoking. Tried to kick the habit countless
times.
Six weeks ago I had a heart attack. Got to hospital quickly and was lucky to survive. While lying on a trolley in A&E, I crushed up a 20 pack of cigarettes and threw them in the bin. Haven't smoked since, no cravings or longings for a fag.
....It's amazing what a reality shock to the system can do for you.
