I used to visit escorts and wish I could have that kind of sex now. Some beautiful women. Since my prostate was removed I can't penetrate a woman and oral sex on me is a bit dodgy. I get orgasm through use of a stimulator but its a hassle and lots of leaks.. any suggestions?

I would look outside Ireland for experts in this area. Many urologists are only interested in curing prostate cancer, and that’s it. Be happy you’re alive.

There may be more medical help available in mainland Europe or else where. Find out where the centres of excellence in this area are and reach out to them.
