A guy in northern ireland committed suicide because of this. Basically interacting with "cam" model who recorded him and then threatened to send it to all his friends and family if he did not pay.

I remember that. It’s awful someone could do that to another human being to extort money. I have a decent job, I’m separated but have children. I think I would be seriously considering suicide if I was put in a similar situation

Stick with established girls with positive reviews, or girls you have seen before in real life. Don't show your face if you don't trust the girl, using phone just point the camera elsewhere while are you still able to enjoy the show. Or simply do it in the dark.
