Default How to calm pre-appointment nerves

So I have been a member on this site for a little over a year and have accumulated all of 1 escort meeting, reason being is my nerves are too strong to push through, I'm okay untill I decide to make a phone call then I'll talk myself out of it, bit the bullet this afternoon and booked an appointment but I was literally shaking on the phone it must sound so juvenile to the escorts, does anyone have any tips to lower the ol' heart rate through all of this.

    I can empathise with you.

I’ve been actively seeing the ladies for over 20 years. And still get nervous. I’m kinda quite/shy.

The ladies don’t mind if you’re nervous.

Do what I do, choose carefully, make that call and once you have consider yourself locked in to that appointment. Communicate well and turn up on time. The ladies are lovely and will look after you.

    Breathe
Life is a journey, complete it.

It’s part of the fun, embrace the nervous energy, it’s shows what it means to you, makes me feel alive, it’s what it’s all about

I still get nervous, it is natural. Even when ringing ladies I have met several times.
However look at it from the ladies point. They too must be nervous meeting a punter they have not met before.

Let the lady know you are nervous, she will have worked it out but it will help both of you.

I agree that once the call is made consider yourself locked in. You can then plan your visit such as hygiene and travel.
Make sure you arrive at right time.
Remember, nerves can be used in a positive way. It adds to the excitement and pleasure

Reassuring to know I'm not the only one, I'll just have to go through with it more maybe that'll help, which is no bad thing either way you look at it.

We've all been there. For the first few phone calls i must've paced back and forward for an hour before making the calls. However you soon realise that sounding nervous to the lady on the other end of the phone is not that big of a deal. Better nervous than coming across as arrogant or someone they don't want to meet. Trust me, i've made many nervous phone calls and never been rejected once. Now all i worry about is making sure i get the correct info.

Create a little script for yourself to follow

    You: Hi is that _____?
    Escort: Yes
You: Hi my name is _____. I'd like to meet you if possible?
    Escort: Sure Honey. What time?
You: Could probably be there in an hour?
    Escort: Perfect
You: Where can i find you?

At this point it's just a matter of getting the location and then firing in a request at the end (if you're feeling brave)

I'm assuming, like myself, you suffer from some kind of social anxiety?

Aye, every social anxiety sufferer knows those nerves very well. Always seems worse making a call than receiving one. The anxiety comes from the thoughts you are having before making the call. That's why i suggested following a script. Takes your mind off the other nonsense and if you repeat it enough times it will become automatic. Deep breaths before making a call helps as well. In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Anyway, glad you made that second phone call. Don't leave it too long until the next one I haven't made a phone call in nearly two months and i can feel the nerves coming back

You know that feeling when you've made the call and you have an appointment to look forward to? Channel the fuck out of that feeling and make the damn call
