Apologies Steph et al. my tolerance levels were at a low.

However, a vasectomy is a permanent form of sterilisation, and not designed to be reversed, ( even though it can be, with difficulty!). I can do a vasectomy but I can’t reverse it....that’s a specialist surgeons job, whose time and effort would be much better employed performing a life saving operation, not to mention taking up valuable theatre and hospital bed space.

It is not an appropriate form of contraception for a young unmarried man.

I would be concerned that a man in his early twenties not just visiting escorts but also wanting a vasectomy, I’m sorry, but this is not a normal state of mind.
