If someone were sick and unclean I doubt they would be visiting an escort in the first place. He may have erectile problems. If not, may require a lot of help to finish.

I did leave , with the full fee in my pocket.
I done nothing wrong and as I left she tried to persuade me to stay with the offer of certain services, when I refused these she got abusive which imo proved my point I was right.
I posted it in the warning section, it didn't go down well.

You know , it all comes down to respect. The client should always respect the escort and not do anything that could harm her in any way (mentally or physically) and the expectation is that the escort will reciprocate.
