Ole isn't the problem Ed Woodward is.
He needs to go first. He only cares about bringing in revenue. United is a business to him not a football club.

Of course he is to blame. He is the manager. He is there long enough to get his ideas across to the players. There is no improvement since he started, actually they are worse

So laimo you suggest the club keep sacking managers and replacing while ignoring the Man all the sacked managers have criticized?. Woodward happily sold 2 strikers in the summer and failed to bring in a single replacement despite the solskjaer saying he wanted a striker. Even now when solskjaer wants Fernandez Woodward isn't Kean on splashing the cash to get him.
Can't Keep blaming the managers.

Best manager for United is Eric Cantona, he tough but fair, well respecked and he will not put up with any nonsence and he is just such a Great Guy
