    Default General Election

It looks like the general election is going to be called today with rumours that the voting will take place on the 8th Feb which will be a Saturday.
    The Truth is out there.

Would it be a bit out there to ask them, when they come knocking, how they (FF FG Lab) can justify the criminalisation of fun?

First since 1918 when they rejected Westminster and set up their own.
I think you are going to have similar results with no clear winners and a hung Dail.
No too pushed , I would love to see Leo lose his seat as he is the worse leader the country has ever had .

Large number of contenders for second worst leader, and for the worst.

Not really as he is too arrogant and not in touch with the real world , Simon should have got the job and not him imho.
Brien Clown comes to mind but second worst has to be hang yourselves Bertie , during the most prosperous time for our country he brought the National debt from 50 B to 200 B,

I guess the days of the majority government are probably gone, younger people have a lot less loyality to political parties.

    We have 3 choices

A Fine Gael lead coalition or minority government propped up by Fianna Fail

A Fianna Fail lead coalition or minority government propped up by Fine Gael.

    or

A rainbow of half wits, lefties, liars (ok, they're all liars) lead by Sinn Fein.

Take your pick from that lot!

Who do we vote for though? I have this feeling that we are told we live in a democracy, but it feels like a soft dictatorship, It will either be Fine Gael with Fianna Fail and independents getting what they want for their constituents. Or Fianna Fail with Fine Gael with independents getting what they want for their constituents.

Do you vote for Sinn Fein? But I am tired of Sinn Fein with their one fix to fix all of a wealth tax on top income earners and what's left? independents only interested in getting everything they can for their constituents and to hell with the "country needs".
