Yes, I agree with you. If a reviewer says anything crude or cruel, he's only showing himself up. When writing a review about something so intimate, you have to be tactful.
Our reviews are a 2way thing, they are the only way we have to demonstrate what sort of character we have - so far as I know, the girls don't write reviews of clients? I'd love to know what was said.... but I don't know if my ego could stand it
That said, I have written one or two reviews which really should have been more critical.
When reading reviews, you have to look for trends. One or two negative ones do not put me off.

All businesses are now subjected to online reviews and all will, at some stage fall prey to reviewers who believe the world wants to read their whingy analysis.

When I check a ladies reviews on this site, I go straight for the yellow and red stars. Not to read the review but to read the escorts reply. A good clear headed reply is all thats needed to turn every review into a win.

Yes, but the reviews are not for the escorts but for us clients who, without reviews, are visiting "blind". You say yourself that you check reviews. These reviews have to be written by someone.

Even if they are subjective rather than objective, and do reflect, to a greater or lesser extent, the preferences and prejudices of the reviewer, they are still useful.

Being Christmas day, I'm home, stuffed and a tad bored so decided to have a read through the reviews. I honestly think that some reviewers have anger issues which are projected onto the lady. So much so that they are consciously aware that they will destroy someone's self confidence and not to mention credibility and income and still do it with a passion. There are subtle ways of saying you are not happy with certain things.

Reviews are a reflection of the reviewer - On the contrary to what many reviews believe, it is not just one sided. If when screening I happen to read an EI members reviews and see a big percentage of yellow star ratings, I will refuse an appointment. Why? Because the reviews shows the character of the reviewer and some guys for whatever reason are simply hard to please, no matter how much anyone tries.

Reviews are there for a reason and whether they be good or bad, they need to be reflective of the experience of the punter and the review needs to be truthful.
I do think that a punter would not give a bad review if the profile was accurate and if it does what it said on the tin.
There is the profile, the initial contact by phone or PM and the first meet with the Escort, in all these the escort needs to be truthful.
I have spoken to several escorts on the phone and they have given me information contrary to their profile and I decided not to meet based on this.
I respect all Escorts and say it as I see it, I review a very bad or a very good experience.
I have met several escorts and after meet, I have asked them to change their profile as what they offer is not as per profile, if they don't, I reflect his in the review.
An Escort should always see this as a business, as they have always done and need to accept reviews and use these to improve or carry on what they are doing.

I have left my share of bad and good reviews, I sometimes give the Escort the benefit of the doubt and don't leave a review as it was just OK.
If you buy something in the shop for €100 or €200 and it didn't do what it said on the packaging, you would complain and leave a bad review to alert other buyers, the review system is to do this.

With respect to reviewers, I only trust reviewers who give truthful reviews, they are few and far between in my opinion. Some reviewers give 5 stars every time, in my opinion this is not reflective of a truthful reviewer, come on, be realistic.
I get allot of personal PM's from punters asking me about my in depth experience with an Escort I have reviewed and I give truthful feedback, they appreciate this and give me their feedback.

I do accept that the Escort may have a bad day, and if so, they should not work, If the punter is having a bad day, then the punter needs to be reflective of this in the review.
If I see an Escort with bad reviews ( I would look at the punter who gives the bad review and if he is reliable, I would respect and accept his review) or if Escorts opt out of reviews, I will not even think of meeting the Escort at all.

To finish, a review is a reflection of what the punter is expecting versus what he experiences. if the escort, punter and the profile are truthful, there shouldn't be bad review, if there is a major difference, then there is a bad review.

Like any business, there is a service, there expectation and if matches, good review, if they don't match, a bad review should follow. that is how it should work.
