Consider the trust an employer must have in an employee, to put them not only working in the front line, in direct contact with customers, but also handling thousands of pounds in goods and cash and card transactions.
Next time you go shopping, take a look around at all those smiling, trusted, honest, reliable, hardworking staff, that help keep food on your table and clothes on your back for little reward.
