    I like my beef !

When climbing : give me a can of tuna , and I’ll go from 6am to 11am nonstop hard routes .

Give me nuts and grains , ehh , might last me the hour and then blood sugar crash and

    metabolical wipeout .

Himalayas : wake w Masala Tea (bit of sugar in it , milk ) , by 11am Dal Bhat and Go

full on til 5ish . Then a plate of dal bhat again , and that’s All I’d eat in a day . Brilliant !

Each / both approaches work - different situations , different physical loads and ‘asks’ .

Give me Either ! And let me work up a sweat - either in endurance , or in persistence ! Xxx
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.
