I'm confused about how paying for utilities makes it bad for the client, it's just paying for what you use during your stay. Emily and I have stayed at several holiday lets (not working apartments) where the utilities were either top up during the stay or pay for them at the end based on the meter reading. I would agree that wherever you're staying, it should be made clear what you're having to pay for when you book.
I don't think it matters if you are an expensive or cheap escort - no one likes poor standards. But paying for your usage isn't poor standards..
