I guess the reason I side with Betty, is that I have landlord issues myself.
When I rent short term accommodation, usually holiday or work away from home, it is normally paid at premium rate and I expect utilities to be included.
I often arrive after dark and pick up a frozen pizza to go in the oven as soon as I arrive. There is nothing worse than getting to your accommodation to find the lights and heating off, and the place freezing, and you take half an hour just to find the meter, then find that you don't have the correct coins or have to go out looking for a shop to buy credit.
The last place I rented had a well stocked fridge, breakfast cereals, a bottle of wine and selection of local beers and a note saying that there was €20 in the meter, also there was a bike in the shed if I wanted to use it. To know the type of metering in advance would be a huge advantage. But there should be some credit on the system so that lights and heating is on at arrival.
Landlords come in all shapes and sizes. Many are friendly and welcoming, others are cash strapped and overstretched themselves, but sadly many are just mean and tight fisted.
In Irelands past, our ancestors had ways of dealing with bad landlords. As the housing crisis worsens, I fear that we will see those days again.

To anyone that doesn't like me here.
I hope you need to pee 3 times tonight, but that you only wake up twice.

I don't think anyone is disagreeing with her as such though - everyone here wants to be comfortable in whatever place they are staying and wants their clients to be comfortable too.. who wouldn't want that?
Saying that girls shouldn't accept accommodation where you have to pay for utilities because that's not how it is in Dublin? That's not how it works in every short term let. Some you will pay the price and it's all included, others you pay for utilities as you go or top up when you leave - it doesn't mean the place is a dive. Though I'm sure everyone gets the best accommodation they can on their budget - again, who wouldn't?
The high-class comment will always rub some the wrong way - no one should be saying that girls who charge less are happy to accept whatever they get. It's a pretty warped view to have of your fellow escorts.

The responses to this make me fcukin laugh. Its ok for betty to put other girls down claiming they are not 'high class' if they dont walk away from a place losing their money in the process to book a new one but god help any lady who points out that high class is a state of mind and some fantastic escorts cant afford to pay 2 x for accommodation and they are accused of not standing by other escorts. Let me tell you something boys we do look out for each other and we are certainly not going to put up with another person female or not thinking they can decide they are high class and other woman are not.. attitude stinks!!!! How dare she say that a woman is low class if she cant afford to pay twice for accommodation!!!! Catch yourselves on!!!!

No mentioning of names were brought up and we also think that the thread was fine.
But due to a great mix of responses in this thread, I have decided to close the thread.
