I’m sure Betty can speak for herself, but I understood that she is complaining ( not ranting) about apartments and saying that clients deserve nice ones. English isn’t obviously her first language but I think she is finding it difficult to find nice straight forward apartments. She’s in New Ross, Co. Wexford at present so, at this time of year, it’s probably very difficult to find a short term let.
