    You are correct - Its a state of mind - a head thing - you need to have it in your head that your are not going to let the cravings get to you.

    The cravings eventually reduce over time - will sometimes return unexpectedly especially when you do something that you did before while smoking - cup of coffee / pint

    I am an avid anti smoker now because in order to get my head in the right frame of mind I did some research into the effects of smoking on your body

    I seldom meet a provider who smokes - some smoke - have no smoking on their profile as they think it is sufficient to brush their teeth
