Probably say nothing at the time, then when having a little chat as usual after maybe ask how would she feeling her neighbour was to make an appointment and depending on the answer let her know or not. There's as usual two sides to it, she would probably be grateful to know that her neighbour was ok with her working from the apartment however she may prefer not to have been intimate with him. No one right answer.

However if you were not to go ahead with the booking I would not tell her the real reason.

Just follow her instructions and meet up with her if you want. Me personally I wouldn't do it, the awkwardness of meeting in the lobby and her trying to work out the reason you are in the building would freak me. There has to be some sort of trust there and her seeing you on the same building could set alarm bells off.
Off course unless she's there permanently, the chances of meeting in the lobby are slim so do whatever makes you content.
