I think it sounds like a great idea too. As long as you weren't booking it for a week at a time so all the neighbors would be watching clients enter and nudging and waiting 10 minutes for the rocking and waves to start

And of course a decent full height shower. Standing stooped over under a dribbling shower head wouldn't get things kicking off that well.
