Well done Garda. This is how should be.
P.S Couldn't notice the language used by journalist comparing with the language used by Garda in their Fb page. Journalists say :'' attacks on prostitutes', Garda said ' attacks on sex workers '' it is a little detail maybe non-signifiant for others but who can tell lots of things about the users of this language ...
Always Smile

I really hope they get everyone involved with these terrible crimes and fingers crossed they get long prison sentences that may just deter other scumbags from doing the same thing.
We have two lives , the second begins when we realise we only have one .....

Also lets hope someone in power sees sense around the law and makes changes before it becomes a regular occurrence

Its pretty much why I don't watch the news on the TV anymore. Its always from one sides' perceptive ignoring the other side and not being impartial as they always claim to be.

Some of the media also used "sex workers" but for their next story they'll probably revert to "prostitutes". I'd say they just used the correct term here because the escorts were victims. There does seem to be some inconsistency in how the media describe sex workers, depending on what story or angle they're trying to push.

It's a relief that these thugs have been apprehended but what will be the outcome ?
Will they serve custodial sentences ? Will the money they stole be returned or will it be seized as the proceeds of criminal activity (as has happened in the past) ?
Personally I hope they get a long spell behind bars accompanied with a dose of their own depraved treatment to others.

I agree that there will be inconsistency in reporting of these terrible crimes, but I think we should just be thankful that these scumbags are going to get some form of justice
It's very important that these people and those of a similar mindset see that escorts are not a soft touch or easy target
