I copy/paste screening questions/booking form . And in the background do my other tricks & tips .

I Always ask for references, the response usually is a sign of that persons character.
Any rudeness etc , simply do not engage further . The process of elemination or selection . They go hand in hand .
Screening separates the “wheat from the shaff” . The BETTER clients have no issues in screening and it leads to better appointments etc .
They VALUE you that you VALUE your safety . And this alone is greatly compensated.
In the beginning i got a lot of abuse regarding being over intrusive etc etc .
But with time , patience and persistence it eventually paid off .
I rarely ever have a time waster anymore.
All the time wasters numbers are now saved and a deposit is required when in doubt or if a new client is booking a longer appointment.
I’ve only worked since the Nordic model , but with a 92% increase in violence ,
We need to Take our screening and safety very seriously.
Especially after recent events , We need to
Train a new breed of hygienic well mannered Irish clients in accepting that screening is the only way forward .......
But more importantly the safest way forward .
