That suggests the Gardai are treating the victims as victims and taking the matter very seriously.

There is one lady posting here that had reason to go the Gardai for help and I gather they have been extremely supportive of her.

There will be vulnerable individuals who will be afraid to go to the police and with justification. Because these are the guys who go around the country busting escorts, confiscating their earnings and bringing them before the courts. The Gardai and the PSNI were strong advocates of the Nordic model and this despite strong advice that there would be a rise in these type of attacks. Maybe, although I very much doubt it, they will change their tune during the upcoming review of the legislation. That said I hope these guys are caught and sent down.

I like to think that the supporters of the nordic model feel these rapes on their conscience, but the sad truth is that if the rapists are caught and any money recovered, then ruhama will likely be applying to have that money confiscated into their own coffers as proceeds of crime.

Yes lately we are targets. Girls been beat up badly, took all from them. From phones, tablets, laptops, shoes, handbags, jewelry. Everything. But that’s not enough for them. They are so low that it comes in 2-3 guys even is some case 4! Beat them, rob them and rape them! Nobody talk about it. Just a few articles about robberies. Been robbed is horrible. But been attacked and rape... Your remarked till rest of your life. Horrific. Never been back to your self. As even sex worker is human being.

Has it been a local girl from Foxrock or Howth I am sure it would have been plastered all over the papers and on TV with no effort being spared by Garda to catch these horrible and vile creatures!!!

But as it is SW's that have been targeted there is nothing said about it, The simple thing here is that 'Women' have been attacked and raped, It should not matter who they are or what they do,
these women are somebody's daughter, sister, Mother etc. and justice should be had for them!

Most of time it’s foreigner girls. They won’t go after Irish or British. But well look. Nikkita was robbed a while she sleep! That’s crazy scary!
