yes scumbags acquire their name due to their 'I couldn't give a fuck about anything or anyone' anti social behavior this crap about coming from disadvantaged areas is used as an excuse for everything
Look, u can come from a poor area have pride & be a good member of your community
too much has been tolerated here i.e a slap on the wrist by the courts when they're caught, there is no law in this country....

Exactly. They all ways get away from the law, yet if a law abiding citizen brakes the law the courts come down on him ike a ton of bricks, if a scumbag breaks the law they some how get away with it, too many excuses, poor background broken home on drugs yet if I dont pay my tv licence thats me fucked
