Maybe difference is the manager? Scott Parker is far more conservative and barely played Mitrovic in PL due to wanting to change playing style... I think Silva always played good football but struggled to get defence right. Looks like he might have learned his lessons

He has had some managerial career, it will be some achievement by him to win promotion.
