You don't say what age you are but my 2 cents worth is see a doctor, if he/she doesn't help, see another and don't pay the first doctor unless you are happy with the service.
Also I suggest a massage with one of the ladies on here that has good english, explain your situation but go to enjoy the massage without expectation.
You might be surprised, something might pop up.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
And left.

Phillip is spot on, talk to a doctor and a nice massage will be nice, I would also feel you are putting yourself under pressure and this is causing stress and anxiousness, meaning you definitely won't respond. The more comfortable and relaxed you are the better the experience but it should come right in time
I know a couple of men who have had that done and they were never better
