53-7 was the final score. That must mean that england are top of the group on scoring difference. You would expect both england and ireland to win their last games.

I see the final round of group games arn't at the same time. That seems a bit unfair as some teams will know exactly what score they need to get. There's half an hour between most games. Even if ireland dont win their group they should still get the best runners up spot. Thats if they beat fiji.

Ireland make 11 changes for the fiji game. You would imagine they should still win but they need to top the group in order to avoid france in the sf. Ireland are 9/4 to win it outright. France are 6/5 favourites and england are 5/1.
