    Go and talk to your gp, and consider setting up an appointment with a counselor.

    If you have VHI, call their EAP helpline.

    Same happened me, you need to stop and take care of yourself.

    I have talked to a counsellor. Felt it was just for having a rant. Not sure how much ot really helped
