Admittedly I have met some untried and tested escorts who have been abusive to me in the appointment and on text afterwards, so I just give unverified escorts a wide berth now.

Wow, you've had a number of girls abusive by text after the event, you must have really upset them.

After any visits I always send a brief thanyou text, unless the meeting has been a let down and only had one of them in a long time and from a prominent lady here. I've received nice texts back from some but never an abusive one.

yes thats because you belong to The Can Short Gang, the number of really genuine escorts are the minority on here and you send texts to ladies after the event, they must have a great laugh at you for that.

Its such a common business practice, why would that surprise you? Obviously different if its a short notice 30 min booking, but if you were making a longer booking with a bit of notice then the service provider is making a commitment to see you at that date and time. They will likely be turning away other business for that time to keep their appointment with you, so why the big deal to make a commitment back to them in the form of a small deposit. Its a pretty basic and standard business practice.

at present most escorts are lucky to get any business without worrying about silly deposits, alot are struggling to get clients in their doors to even cover the accomadation theyve paid for and that includes some Irish Girls I saw recently..

I haven't been a punter in a long time, but likewise I've never been asked for a deposit either. My point is that it still wouldn't seem unreasonable if I was asked. I don't see the harm in any business asking for a deposit if they are making a commitment to keep your appointment.

where does your post say it's not specific to escorts? I dont think it is unreasonable but just a warning for punters. it could be a scam. stick to established escorts.

Okay so when you book an appointment with your Doctor, Shrink, Social Worker, lawyer ect or when a plumber or a sparky comes to you and does a great job, do you text them after the event and thank them again, well do you? NO, Why not? are they not humans too?
