    This thread was in a loop for a while around 18:00 this evening.
    You could not get to page 13 from page 12 even though it said page 13 existed.
    The correction of this might have caused a few posts to be lost.

    Hi there,

    Please remember that advertising queries has to be sent to Costumer service thru the right channels (email, call or live-chat). That's why it has been deleted from this thread as it is out of topic.

    In a hotel you do not go to the the waiter asking for your room keys, or to the receptionist asking for a coffee. Same here, moderation and costumer service are two separated services all operating for the same company, but with different task. Please make sure that you direct the queries to the right section, otherwise it will remain unsolved.

    But what if the advertiser has already went through the correct procedure and her problem still hasn't been resolved Anne ?

    This will be my last comment out of topic on this thread, but I can assure you that if you friend (or any other advertiser) goes thru the correct procedure, her/their problem/question/query will be tackled gladly.

    We have a wonderful and very helpful Costumer Service that caters service from 9 am to 1 am every day of the year

    I have to admit that it's a miracle that i had the patience to read the all comments from this thread, and catch my eye on it after a loooooonnnggg time

    NOW who says it's not good to have some chilli gossip around here about everything.....??????

    I really start to like all the argue, memories from golden age when I clearly remember that many times i been keeping my customers waiting for me only to have time to chat and post threads, obviously my excuse to them to wait was a different one now i want to pay apology, but they was the grates years for me on EI forum, and i have to admit that i really miss them

    But don't worry i still don't get bored thanks to Facebook, Instagram....etc and most important NETFLIX.....

    Maybe one day I'll be back to post here again but who know.........maybe my books give me better answer then i expect

    Customer service focused organisations will attempt to sort out customer complaints by ensuring that they are passed on to the relevant section irrespective of who the complaint is first reported to - Mind you the organisation has to be customer focused in the first place.

    Its just a coincidence that the post that was deleted shows EI up in an extremely bad light.
