Everytime EI closes a popular thread, this forum dies a little death imo.
Tom closed a thread @ 9.30 am this morning because it was becoming unmanageable, I count 16 posts on the entire forum since then.
Isn't it time that EI stopped swatting flies with a sledgehammer?

The forums here died a long long time ago. Once E-I started getting rid of the volunteer mods the craic began to stop. All the real headbangers left

Too many here are allowed attack escorts without repercussions, often encouraged by established members and in some cases other escorts.

There is also a culture of members sharing around private information and communications, the like which should be kept safe and never in a wardrobe.


What's needed here is sensible policing that creates an inclusive platform.

What's not ... is nonsensical censorship.

I do think we forget some of what went on before , there were some serious factions formed around certain escorts and all hell broke lose on line and indeed it spread to real time stuff as I recall , just remember at one stage no night mods , it was BONKERS even recently some exceptionally disgraceful threats and misogyny to be seen . When I see some newbies saying it is a bit aggressive, I am like not so much in comparison.

The VPN issue and GDPR have made it difficult to ban those we might call the Viruses on here , thats one issue

Second is that because those attacks by that group went on so long it stopped many escorts from posting as Harry says . The rules were not applied before or v v lose application

In the old days the Chat Room allowed a far more friendly place to share views and for new guys to get a sense of how to play the forum and indeed to get to know girls

About 2 years ago the downturn happened ,the first full on attack of an appreciation thread occurred and from there it got worse and worse , some established members went and got themselves many IDs on here so they could fuck with other members , not long after rep points got going and then the thumbs down on reviews
Now we have rating of threads as a game as evidenced by an attempt to downgrade a EOTM thread recently .

There is competition and it is I believe that which put a stop to the constant re emergence of the repulsive trolls , up to that the Mods it seems felt it was spectator sport as some of us worked to get them dealt with , now amazeballs they are gone v fast, !!! . Competition is certainly healthy

Not sure what the answer are but . Mods need to find balance , some who cannot stand their ground should not be pandered to by Mods on delete delete delete . Newbies need to be willing to listen a bit at times and if they can see that due to history all newbies are checked out due to the Viruses re forming as newbies .

Above all else stop having a go at escorts without reason and even if you have be respectful . The balance between assertive /advocacy and aggression is not well managed by many . I have had I think 3 fall outs with escorts here in 7 years . One on Findom which I disagree with one because they went at people with depression and one because they were acting up on another escort which I was aware of . Two of those we now get on just fine , mostly !!
