Yes. I have effected change in some major corporations through effectively drawing attention to issues through their own forum. Along the way I have received numerous warnings but when enough people complained that they had similar issues, or somebody up the foodchain looked in ans saw that underlings were handling things badly, change happened.
Its just a coincidence that the post that was deleted shows EI up in an extremely bad light.
Some posts can be like a torn in the side and deleting is certainly an option but in a customer focused organisation, a note will be passed upstairs detailing an issue that might escalate into a full blown storm.
And I would like to see Stephanies video.
