They can indeed be a "hidden treasure"
However, some are not, as you suspect, the girls in the profile. Some "mix and match" their profiles and sometimes when a certain girl has built up a client base and a few (or a lot) of reviews and they leave, their profile is taken over by someone else. They are not unique in this respect.
I don't recall ever meeting a bad Chinese escort. They do tend to be happy, cheerful and obliging.
