Like the rest of us there are hundreds of reasons to retire or take a break. On two occasions I got the vibe a lady was going to stop soon, and I was right. I felt with these two ladies they were struggling emotionally, their normally bubbly persona was more subdued.
It's a job that is hyper intimate and hyper lonely at the same time, its got to get to you psychologically at some point. A regular vanilla life without the money is sometimes better for you.

Criminals are out to rob you of your hard earned money.
Some think raping an escort is not the same as raping an "ordinary" woman.
Constant threat from pimps trying to turn girls around.
Constant threat from Gardai both the straight and corrupt ones.
Constant problems with neighbours or accommodation.
Every client carries the risk of a broken condom and possible risk of HIV etc
Guys trying to "stealth " where they damage the condom with a finger nail or ring in order to stealth bareback sex.
Problems with other escorts as they can often be cunts to each other and very competive.
Problems with drunk, violent or drugged up arseholes.
The fact that punters clearly dont understand basic business and think girls keep ALL the money I have heard guys doing the sums on how much the girls are making €80 by 6 customers is blah... not thinking of the extortionate rent prices, the periods with no earnings, the general running costs of life , travel etc, food healthcare etc etc
The physical pain of seeing lots of guys.
The mental damage of the job as I believe most suffer PTSD at some point.
The guys with their hidden cameras in watches and pens etc trying to record the encounter and put it on the net to "slut shame"
Constant threat from journalists and tv people who want to sensationalize the industry.
Ruhma lining their own pockets without a care for the escort and making their lives worse.

You do not need to do escorting full time. Some of the women I see do it at the weekend and see maybe 2 or 3 a week while working another job.

They have another job and just escort to top it up. It's what you make of it. I struggle to see how you can enjoy it or keep it fresh if you are fucking 3 people a day throughout the whole week. It simply won't be fun.

Isn't boredom the biggest issue? Do you not prefer regulars? Let's say you are seeing 3 people a day over 6 days. Is it possible to make that enjoyable? Maybe the escorts on here can tell us due to the experience they have but from my view I fail to see how it can be.

Ok I accept your opinion. To me its an all in all out type of job. Juggling a normal job and seeing clients from your home sounds like a nightmare to me.
