This question is asked regularly. We have all been there. I still get nervous when calling.
First get a separate phone.
Read previous replies from me and others.
Choose girl with plenty of reviews and who lists your favourities .
PM other punters if unsure.
Keep phone conversation to the point. Are you available on ?
Ask about specific favourities but not them all. You do not want the girl to think you are looking for cheap thrill.
That is why doing your homework is important.

Always see people saying you should PM first, I've never sent a PM to organise a meet, phone call always worked for me. I'd say whatever you're more comfortable doing. Just be polite, its a must.
