Default Time to die; Rutger Hauer has died at the age of 75

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
"I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate.
"All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
    "Time to die."

Crazy, only rewatched 2049 there this evening then turned on the news and saw it. Absolutely iconic role.

    Thats fucking weird!
Earlier today i was listening to a random piece of orchestral music and it sounded really familiar of another piece
    i've heard.
then it hit me that it reminded me a little of the score playing during the tears in rain monologue from bladerunner

so i watched that scene and as always it gave me goosebumps
this thread is the first i'm hearing of rutgers death!

R.I.P. The man was a legend.

Never seen Blade Runner but i was a fan of his movies. He had a very unique style of acting. Flesh and Blood is a favorite of mine and as mentioned by IDF who could forgot his role in The Hitcher(which is on youtube for free). A seriously scary dude in The Hitcher. Must watch it again tonight.
