Also some trans folks are on medication such dutasteride, finasteride, spironolactone etc, medications which can drastically reduce DHT (dihydrotestosterone) the culprit for baldness.

Oral spiro is a super powerful drug. It can cause permanent libido problems/ED and is usually only prescribed for transgendered MTF.
The benefits? Your hair will regrow, body and facial hair all but diminishes, your voice becomes higher, more fem, and it can cause breast tissue to grow which is obviously beneficial for mtf trans.
The other two are a lot milder, more so finasteride (propecia) but even that can cause the aforementioned problems, though uncommon.

Are you a doctor by trade?
My question then is how do the transexual escorts get by? It seems they are in a tough place because if they dont take the spiro, they lose their hair, regrow their facial hair and so on. If they do take the spiro, they become impotent.
Unless of course you take it when very young like Laura says.
Just fascinated is all.

Results are individuals. No doctors can tell the accurate result unless they taking the medicine themselves and experiencing the experience. Reminds me of annoying questions from psychologist or psychiatrist i met while they have no idea at all what transitioning is like
