Just watch the greyhound documentary

I will never in my fucking life set foot in a stadium again
The treatment of these dogs in Ireland and more horrific treatment in China that we sell too

The part where the dog gets machet to death is an image ingrained in my mind at the moment

I cryed watching that

How the fuck are we letting this happen

A greyhound not even seen as a dog

Annabel, I didnt see it myself but heard about it from two men that work with me and it brought even them to tears which says alot. I have dogs and cats myself and to be honest I trust them more than any human. The love that animals give to humans is unconditional as they dont care what you have or havent got in this life. Hopefully all the cruel bastards in this world will meet their match at some stage in their horrible lives.

Saw a couple of minutes of that program while surfing channels. Once I realised what it was about I was on to the next channel.

It was a brilliantly put together, but deeply disturbing and upsetting report.
The callousness of many of those involved in the greyhound racing and coursing scene is breathtaking. Not only is there zero regulation of this 'industry', it is actually more heavily funded by government than many other 'sports'.

The only ray of light I could glean was that support for these events are dying on their feet in these islands. But the growth in illegal exports to Asia is a horrible aftermath that means the issues will not go away.

I was truly sickened by this.

I have seen a really distress documentary , i watched once but never could see again . Its made with lots of scenes filmed with hidden cameras , i love the beginning where they describe what is racism, sexism and speciesism , the melody and the words bring tears in my eyes every time i watched the beginning only . Its called : '' Earthlings''. Hard to watch but we all humans should see this documentary, open your eyes about many things happening behind close doors .
