I think marriage is just another religious ceremony that holds no value.

How long were you with your wife before you got married.
How long were you with your wife before you realized that you could happily live without her.
How long were you with your wife before you found her in no way sexy.
How long were you with your wife before you couldn't bear her touch, her sound, her.
How long were you with your wife before she made you unhappy, miserable and feeling less of a man.

I've never been married so I'm still happy. My questions are real if anyone will answer them. Or add other things that I can't understand.

Averages are after 2 years the honeymoon period is over that the time to bail, if you dont you will get the itch at year 7 it lasts about a year after that year 10 is the year you either get out or accept you are a lifer (unless caught out)
Yes the ladies get bigger after you put a ring on it, tracksuit bottoms, fleece tops and bob haircuts are all dropped in at specific points when you are distracted. Negotiations will take place at your weakest moment, all the lads you drink with are evil and your a mammys boy even if you have been self sufficient being a teenager.
Once you have kids if you are a decent guy she owns your ass.

Thats the polite version. If we want to get into children being used against you as a "weapon of mass destruction " pressure from her family to be a certain way, pressure from your family to be the exact opposite.
Any hobbies or interests you have will be further and further down the list till they are a once a year thing.
You must look straight ahead in traffic and not see any attractive women on the paths.
