    If done probably its good, very good for stiffness or pain in muscles and I got arthritis and gives me some relief

    I have had a few.
    Some in Ireland but my best one was in New Zealand by a large Maori lady.
    Taught me that you do not have to be small/petite to have a light touch.
    The nuru gel intensifies the touch in my opinion.
