Go to any established escort and they should have no problem with it.

And not to sound mean but if its something you're regularly denied even with established escorts you might have a hygiene issue.

So just brush your teeth before every appointment and when going to have a shower have a gargle of mouthwash

Good advise.
I use, extra cleaning of teeth, mouth wash on the way and again when leaving the car and constant gum until i get there.
