Thank you for the update.
There is still a chance that you may need to still reset your cookies and caches on your mobile device.
To do so, then please follow these instructions below.
From any Home screen, tap Apps.
Tap Internet.
Tap the MORE icon.
Scroll to and tap Settings.
Tap Privacy.
Tap Delete personal data.
Choose one of the following: Cache. Cookies and site data. Browsing history.
Tap DELETE.
If this doesn't work, could you then please try using a different device as we would like to know if it the device you have been using, or the issue is with your profile.
